Employee Services Consultant

• Supporting the college by administering human resources programs and policies that attract, motivate, and retain talented employees.
• Advise on compensation, overseeing payroll resolution, and managing job applicants.
• Assist with posting jobs, recruitment and hiring, employee relations, policy interpretation, and maintaining accurate HR records.
• Partnering with leadership and providing guidance to staff, helps ensure a collaborative and effective work environment across the college.
